Brotherly Love

I have to share with you all how incredibly kind Av is(he's my 2 1/2 yr old).
This morning I gave crackers to the kids as snacks(ritz type crackers). Anywho Connor(he's 4) hit one of his brothers so I wouldnt give him anymore. Avery took the cracker he had in his hand and went to the red chair where Connor was pitching his crying fit and handed it to him. He did not come back for another one, just simply gave his to his big brother who was crying about wanting one.
A few minutes ago they were eating a sugar cookie(each had one) and Connor decided to lock Devinn(my 11 mth old) in his dark room making him scream and scream and cry. So, after tending to Devinn...I took the treat from Connor(what was left) and tossed it in the disposal. I refuse to reward bad behavior and he WILL NOT get a treat, or finish one, when he's acted that way. Once again, I turn around and Avery has given crying Connor his cookie. This time I made him give it back which I didnt earlier with the cracker.
How is that for kindness and love??

Today...

Today is a typical day. I had housework to do. Kids played around. We played together.
Its always fun to watch my sons play together. They are just really getting good at it now and it makes me laugh so much.

I did laundry and vacuumed and the boys and I made lunches and watched some Disney and we danced around like goofballs.

My youngest is an amazing user of the walker. He can get from one end of the room down the hall to the closet in the literal blink of an eye. Its great watching him chase down his big and biggest brothers.

Anywho, its dark now....time for lights and dinner preparation(although I suck at that).

Just for the record I wanted to start off with a little about myself and my family.

Im Hillarie and Im 36 yrs old. Im originally from UT. Grew up LDS/Mormon.
My hubby is Dan and he's 46 yrs old. Originally from CA, a self proclaimed "valley boy" but so not like you would picture one to be LOL. Grew up Christian.

We have 3 sons...
Connor Knight born March 2004
Avery Danyael born June 2006
Devinn Asher born January 2008

They are our chaos and our joy. We cant imagine our lives without them right there bringing us smiles and giggles, hair pulling and grimaces.

We live in Vegas. We are eclectic Wiccans although I admit that I pull many of my beliefs from various places not just Wicca. I call myself an eclectic Spiritualist. Above all else, we are spiritual hence why I refer to myself as an eS.

My hubby and I met in 2002 when I went to work for the auto repair company he worked for. We married in the fall of 2003. He is my Chicken and I am his Goose.

So there you have it, a brief intro into us! From now on it will be dull stuff cuz we are essentially boring individuals. However, you may see venting blogs from me on occasion LOL.
